Duties:

• Handle sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters

• Lead case strategy, client communication, and negotiations

• Supervise legal staff and associate attorneys on casework

• Collaborate with cross-practice teams on litigation and transactional issues

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation

• Demonstrated history of client engagement and portfolio development

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Willingness to engage in firm-wide leadership and mentoring

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar preferred, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted

Skills:

• Expertise in bankruptcy code and case law

• Leadership in high-stakes negotiations and courtroom advocacy

• Spanish language proficiency preferred

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
