Job Overview:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in eminent domain cases.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the firm's brand and reputation.
• Manage law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
• Build cases for trial, including evidence development, witness interviews, and depositions.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation in eminent domain matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in case strategy development and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Attend court hearings and trials as required.
• Handle settlement negotiations when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on eminent domain preferred.

Education and Certifications:
