Requirements

• Experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
