Duties

• Support partners and deal teams on data center-related transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and development of data center assets.
• Manage and coordinate due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
• Experience with data center leasing and large-scale commercial leasing preferred.
• Ability to draft and negotiate principal transaction documents.
• Comfortable working across corporate, finance, and tax practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
