Duties

• Represent companies in government investigations involving data practices and digital advertising.
• Provide practical advice on U.S. state privacy laws, including adtech, sensitive data, and online safety.
• Engage in advocacy writing and compliance counseling.
• Work directly with clients to deliver clear guidance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in privacy law matters.
• Previous experience in a national law firm.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Curious mindset with an understanding of evolving technology and data flows.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the attorney's resident and/or affiliated office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
