Duties

• Propose and implement litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, professional liability, and wrongful death claims.
• Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey; additional state admissions are a plus.
• Strong familiarity with NJ Court rules and procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
