Duties

• Handle antitrust merger review and merger-related investigations.
• Analyze and prepare Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings.
• Provide occasional support for antitrust litigation.
• Advise on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience in a comparable law firm or government setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Familiarity with HSR form and filing process.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
