Duties

• Represent clients in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including:

  • Acquisitions and dispositions

  • Commercial leasing (retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use)

  • Development projects

  • Real estate financing

• Structure and negotiate joint ventures and partnership agreements.

• Provide counsel on deal structuring, risk mitigation, and real estate investment strategies.

• Draft and review transactional documents, contracts, and closing materials.

• Interface with clients, counterparties, and third-party professionals.

Requirements

• Significant experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.

• Ability to lead transactions independently with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience in New York real estate law and market dynamics.

• Strong deal management and client interaction skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of New York (Required)
