Duties

• Possess strong knowledge of residential foreclosure processes and general real estate law.
• Review and analyze pre- and post-judgment title issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings and motions.
• Appear at court hearings, mediations, and depositions on behalf of clients.
• Analyze cases and assist clients with discovery requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients on foreclosure issues and legal strategies.
• Develop and implement focused litigation plans.
• Maintain case management status reports and meet with paralegals.
• Manage a large volume of workload efficiently.
• Meet minimum monthly billable hour requirements.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Massachusetts Bar admission, member in good standing; Rhode Island and New Hampshire Bars preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of civil litigation/trial experience.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar admission, member in good standing.

Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and case management software.
• Strong courtroom appearance and trial experience.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
