Duties

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Support case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.

• Manage case timelines, deadlines, and client communications.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to complex commercial matters.

• Admission to the bar in at least one relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong academic background and demonstrated commitment to litigation.

• Eagerness to take ownership of assignments and develop litigation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the corresponding state of office location (Required).
