															Description
The Associate Director, Vendor Management works as liaison between vendors and organization. The Associate Director, Vendor Management requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Consumer Engagement contributes to business strategy by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Responsibilities
Lead HPCC Vendor Strategy and Performance
Own vendor relationship, value added improvements, and strategic direction
Hold vendors accountable to contract, performance and quality goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of technical experience working with Direct 2 Consumer marketing teams
2 or more years of management experience in a fast paced call center focused on sales and pharmacy growth
Demonstrated success in leading a team of sales leaders focusing on skill building, sales techniques, and creating an energetic culture
Demonstrated success in leading programs and initiatives that cross multiple departments and locations in partnership with Vendors
Demonstrated success in establishing structured reporting for both operations and project metrics
Leadership of a large metric-intensive operational team
Ability to influence and make decisions based data and analytics
Ability to influence direct and indirect partners: IE Marketing, Pharmacy Integration, Analytics
Ability to mentor and empower associates to improve member experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using RTM, Canvas, and Five9 dialer
Progressive work experience in the Health Insurance industry
Demonstrated sales and account management experience
