Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on various aspects of civil litigation.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and formulate motions.
• Engage in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often assisting as second or third chair during court proceedings.
• Strengthen legal writing skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Take on increasing responsibility in managing cases, with opportunities for growth and direct client interaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, with exposure to pre-litigation through appeals.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally, especially in writing and litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar License (Required).
