Duties

• Manage and supervise multiple attorneys in employment litigation cases.
• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.
• Conduct investigations before various labor and human rights agencies.
• Appear in Federal and State courts for employment litigation matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Admitted to practice law in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
