Duties:

• Collaborate with clients, senior associates, and other staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.

• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings, and assist in legal proceedings under the guidance of senior associate attorneys.

• Maintain organized client files to ensure up-to-date information is accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

• Draft legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts.

• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and determine the best course of action.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for working with clients and team members.

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Successful completion of the bar exam.

• Strong willingness to learn from senior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s client needs and growth.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).

• Successful completion of the bar exam.

Skills:

• Strong research and writing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze legal issues and work towards solutions efficiently.
