Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Assist with deposition preparation and conduct.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in tort litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience handling discovery.
• Previous experience in large law firm litigation or civil litigation boutique.
• Texas Bar admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
