The candidate will day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across all platforms. Execute the strategy and setup of all social ad infrastructure. Analyze campaign data and insights to continuously scale spending and improve conversion performance. Collaborate with Engagement Lead and Social Media Manager to develop high-engagement campaigns. Create custom and lookalike audiences for ad campaigns. Write engaging ad copy to drive conversions and submit it to Social Media Manager for approval. Test variations of ads to determine the best possible campaigns to generate leads. Boost social media posts weekly according to the Social Media Plan. Develop and send weekly insights and budget reports to the Social Media Manager. Participate in weekly team meetings and deliver recommendations to maximize content reach and ensure amplification across all platforms. Assist Social Media Manager with tasks as needed.
