A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will represent injured victims of negligence through all phases of litigation and pre-litigation stages. This position is primarily based out of the Philadelphia office, with opportunities to work in other southeastern Pennsylvania locations.

Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases through litigation and pre-litigation stages.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations.

Requirements

• Third-year law student or recent graduate eligible for Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• Prior experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• New Jersey Bar license is optional.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or pending).
