Seeking Paralegal- Employment-Based Immigration with 2+ years experience working in a legal business environment. Candidates must be very well organized and display excellent written and verbal communication skills when communicating with attorneys and clients. Must take initiative, be resourceful, work somewhat independently, and have a keen eye to detail. Requires dedication and an ability to work under deadlines on a broad range of Non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 for employment-based/business immigration. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
