The candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda, managing case dockets, and assisting with discovery and document review. They will also utilize trial advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials, as well as perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Duties:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Academic transcript and class rank requested.
• Licensed in Iowa or pass the Iowa Bar Exam within 1 year (or waive under reciprocity).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technological proficiency in legal research tools.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in litigation.

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Licensed in Iowa or pass the Iowa Bar Exam within 1 year (or waive under reciprocity).

Skills:
