Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on medical malpractice, dental, and nursing home defense. The successful candidate will handle various litigation functions, ensuring effective communication with clients and thorough case management.

Location:

• New York City, NY 

Duties:

• Prepare written reports for clients and insurance companies, summarizing relevant facts and providing outcome-oriented analyses, including case valuations.
• Draft motions and legal memoranda.
• Appear before judges in all New Jersey Superior Courts, managing discovery conferences and oral arguments for motions.
• Conduct depositions and prepare reports on significant testimony.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain professional, succinct, and responsive verbal and written communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey bar is required.
• Experience in litigation, particularly in medical malpractice or related fields.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey bar admission.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
