Duties

• Manage a high volume of mortgage foreclosure and collections cases.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar.
• Licensed or able to obtain a license in South Carolina federal district and bankruptcy courts.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar License in the state of South Carolina required.
• Multiple licenses a plus.
