Plaintiffs Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled plaintiffs attorney to join its personal injury practice in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, with a preference for individuals holding an Arkansas license.

Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Arkansas.
• Proven experience in personal injury law, preferably representing plaintiffs.
• Fluent in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Arkansas.
