Enterprise Risk Management - Strategy and Governance Analyst
The candidate will be responsible for supporting governance and administrative activities across Key’s Risk Management division. Manage and/or contribute to Risk Management projects and initiatives which may lead to additional permanent responsibilities. Interact with all levels of the organization including senior/executive leadership. Coordinate logistics for Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Risk Committee of the Board including preparing agendas, gathering and distributing meeting materials, and finalizing records. Supply necessary and appropriate information and materials in response to regulatory and audit reviews and examinations with keen attention to detail. Conduct gap analysis of Key’s Risk Management practices to existing or proposed regulations/guidance. Perform or support control testing for policy and governance-related risks and controls. Ensure annual review of Risk Governance Committee Charters and act as the authoritative source for Charters and associated Membership Lists. Administer periodic Tier 2 Risk Governance Committee Self-Assessments and report on results. Support the Risk Management Administrative Manager in the following areas Event planning for Risk Management Town Halls and other events for Chief Risk Officer, including leadership calls and conferences. Coordinate agenda, assist with content and arrange logistics. Develop agendas and coordinate All Hands Meetings for Chief Enterprise & Operational Risk Officer. Maintain content on Risk Management’s KeyNet intranet site and facilitate conversion to KeyConnect. Administer Risk Management award recognition program (FOCUS). Coordinate charitable contributions on behalf of Risk employees receiving top volunteer awards. Coordinate community involvement activities such as Neighbors’ Make a Difference Day, and United Way Campaign. Support and administer Risk Management Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council meetings. Support Risk DE&I Champion by creating presentations, coordinating meetings, and summarizing associated action items, producing tableau analysis and DE&I Council status reporting. Develop and distribute DE&I content, especially the monthly heritage themes/Champion messages. Support efforts to ensure Risk Management meets or exceeds the Supplier Diversity goals. Effectively partner with Corporate Real Estate on facilities planning and execution. In partnership with Future Ready Council, develop topics and schedule for Risk Management Lunch & Learn Program and coordinate sessions. Assist with communications of industry conferences or other industry training opportunities. Assist Learning Consultant with creating content for monthly Training & Development newsletter.
