Duties:

• Handle trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters

• Manage online brand protection and takedown efforts

• Conduct research and draft legal opinions on intellectual property issues

• Assist with trademark portfolio management

• Work collaboratively with colleagues on cross-functional matters related to advertising, media, and copyright

• Engage with clients to provide strategic guidance and updates on case developments

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of case files and activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution

• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, with emphasis on trademarks, copyright, and advertising law

• Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Familiarity with online brand protection tools and platforms

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Bar of any U.S. State (DC Bar preferred or eligibility to waive in)

Skills:

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

• Proficient in legal research platforms and IP management tools
