Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys, team members, and partners on strategic legal projects.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, motion hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Contribute to case strategies and support senior team members in trial preparations.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education
