Duties

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Collaborate with various practice groups, including employment and corporate finance.
• Manage a challenging workload with a commitment to client service.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of retirement plans, ESOPs, health and welfare plans, and related ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A rules is a plus.
• Experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or in-house legal/HR department preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
• Active Minnesota license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
