A law firm seeks a Trust and Estate Associate for its Voorhees, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in drafting estate planning documents and handling probate matters. This role requires expertise in managing estate assets and preparing tax returns.

Duties

• Draft Last Wills and Testaments, revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Prepare Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.
• Handle probate matters, including intestacy proceedings and probate of Wills.
• Manage estate assets and prepare federal and state death tax returns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of trust and estate planning and administration experience.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and initiative.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• College and law school coursework in taxation/business counseling preferred.
• NJ and PA Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to NJ and PA Bar.
