Contract and Grant Officer
The candidate will review and negotiate Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Other Agreement Types following contracting standards while providing consistent communication to the University community. Reports directly to the Senior Manager. Collaborate and take guidance from the ORA Contract & Grant Officers while working transparently with the UM faculty and staff. Will be expected to collaborate with the UM legal Department when necessary to assess legal risks and provide recommendations and alternative resolutions when necessary.
