The candidate will primarily support the middle market commercial lending team, but will also involve loan restructuring, real estate lending and other types of commercial documentation. Washington State Bar membership is required. Must have 2-5 years of experience in documenting and negotiating commercial loan transactions. Experience with syndicated facilities is a plus. Familiarity with facilities secured by investment and owner-occupied real estate is preferred. Experience with syndicated loans is desired.
