A law firm is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles, CA office.

Job Overview:

The Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney will support and assist in antitrust litigation matters. They will work closely with partners and senior associates to handle various tasks related to antitrust cases.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulations, and precedent cases
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute to case development
• Conduct document review and analysis for discovery purposes
• Assist in deposition preparation and conduct witness interviews
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case-related tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3-5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on antitrust litigation
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership in good standing
