New Business Intake Analyst
The candidate will coordinate the Conflicts Department’s intake of clients, matters, and requests from attorneys, legal assistants and other colleagues, while providing accurate and timely responses. Process non-financial client and matter information change requests in compliance with firm policies. Perform database research to facilitate processing of change requests. Perform routine quality checks of data management: client, matter, parties and blackbook conflicts data. Process and coordinate Departing Attorney reports and Matter Update reports and responses. Build, maintain and deliver a professional customer service attitude and relationship with all internal and external clients. Assist other departments regarding inquiries for client/matter data reports. Prepare or assist with preparation of the Daily Conflicts Digest report distribution. Coordinate the engagement letter and conflicts waiver processes. Assist with the department’s lateral conflicts check process. Other duties and projects as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform duties of the position. Law firm experience is preferred.
