A law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience in an Am Law firm. This position is available in New York, Washington, DC, or Florida, with a preference for the Miami office. The candidate must demonstrate excellent writing and analytical skills and possess Am Law 100 law firm experience.

Duties

• Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Draft and review complex legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Am Law firm.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
