A law firm in Boise is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney I with 5+ years of law practice experience. The Senior Family Law Attorney I will leverage their extensive experience in family law to mediate cases, represent clients in trials, conduct legal research, and draft various legal documents. They will also be responsible for marketing the firm's services, managing client consultations, and engaging in brand expansion activities.

Duties:

• Utilize mediation skills to resolve family law cases successfully
• Represent clients in trials with a proven track record of success
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents
• Market the firm's services to attract prospective clients
• Perform discovery of electronic and hard copy information for litigation
• Conduct due diligence in all legal matters
• Demonstrate strong communication and advocacy skills
• Manage a schedule to meet production and collection objectives
• Engage in brand expansion through blogging, social media, and other platforms
• Solicit positive feedback and reviews from satisfied clients
• Perform other assigned job duties as needed

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state
• 5+ years of law practice experience, with a focus on family law
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal research skills
