Duties

• Partner with local trial teams for fact investigation and exposure assessment.
• Draft answers, corporate disclosures, and initial disclosures.
• Analyze potential for removal and prepare related documents.
• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and exposure analyses.
• Provide information for efficient transition into discovery and mediation phases.
• Support class certification and settlement processes.
• Act as liaison between trial teams and Class Action Counsel team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in relevant areas.
• Licensed to practice law in California and state of residence.
• Experience with data analytics and damages modeling.
• Ability to develop effective defense strategies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in California and state of residence.

Skills
