Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in employment law matters.
• Experience with labor and employment litigation.
• Proficiency in advising on compliance with employment laws.
• Strong litigation skills, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Portable book of business preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
