The ideal candidate will have robust experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and technology company matters, with a focus on regulatory compliance, government investigations, and litigation. Provide legal counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, and data innovation issues. Handle a broad range of regulatory compliance, government investigations, and related litigation matters.

Duties:

• Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance strategies.
• Represent clients in government investigations related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Provide litigation support in privacy and cybersecurity-related matters.
• Draft and negotiate privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top-tier law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 4-9 years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and technology company matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters is desirable.

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar.
