Duties

• Manage and oversee litigation cases across multiple disciplines.

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely document filing.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for trial preparation.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in diverse legal fields, including commercial litigation, environmental law & personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Prior experience in a busy law office preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
