Duties

• Structure, negotiate, and close construction and term debt facilities.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project finance and M&A.
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently.
• Strong grasp of tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
