Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the processing of all payments to vendors and independent contractors, and ensures that general ledger expense distributions are correct. Payments also include employee advances and reimbursements, as well as patient refunds. Work situations are varied and complex in nature, requiring analysis, organization, and attention to detail. Internal contacts include staff and management throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements

Three years accounts payable/accounting experience, in a hospital environment preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications

Post high school accounting or bookkeeping education preferred.
