Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense matters

• Handle all phases of litigation from assignment to resolution

• Maintain proactive and client-focused communication

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

• Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients and internal teams

• Navigate and manage responsibilities within a paperless environment

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in workers’ compensation defense (preferred)

• Familiarity with Defense Base Act and Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (a plus)

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in digital legal tools and systems

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Member in Good Standing with the State Bar of California
