Duties

• Manage case files and conduct motion practice.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings and depositions.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategies.

Requirements

• Active California license required.
• Experience in financial services litigation preferred.
• Background in regional, national, or reputable local law firms preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in e-discovery and fact development.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP.
