Competitive Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

• Performance Bonuses: Average $20,000 – $30,000 annually

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar License (required)

• 1–3 years of experience as an Attorney (immigration experience preferred)

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Deep commitment to serving the immigrant community

• Leadership mindset with a collaborative spirit

• High standards of professionalism and performance

Work Model

Hybrid position with required in-person presence in Orlando, FL.
