Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategy on complex cases.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain and manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to promote professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Active Bar membership and good standing in California.
• 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
