Duties

• Assist with civil and probate litigation from case evaluation to trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Review and organize documents and evidence.
• Prepare case chronologies and trial materials.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and pretrial proceedings.
• Support real estate and business dispute matters.
• Engage in client meetings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage assignments independently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Zero to three years of legal experience; newly licensed attorneys welcome.
• Residence in or near major Texas cities.
• Ability to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills and interest in litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
