The candidate must be a highly skilled, proficient, and self-motivated associate attorney with multiple capabilities and experience in corporate/business transactions and real estate matters. Must be a team player, have excellent analytical and drafting skills, be self-supervising, and be able to efficiently multitask. An existing book of business is preferred.
