Duties

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 5 years of experience in technology-intensive litigation.
• 3 years representing clients in high-stakes patent litigation.
• Regular office presence required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the state of Texas.
