Requirements

• Knowledge of conduit and municipal bond financing.
• 1 year of experience as an attorney in public finance or real estate finance transactions
• Proficiency in asset-based and real estate finance transactions.
• Strong organizational and matter management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Admitted to practice law in California with an active Bar license in good standing.
