The candidate will perform high-quality billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy. Perform high quality, billable work. Conduct case research and investigation. Analyze and summarize medical and other related records. Manage collection, organization and production of electronic documents. Draft of discovery and subpoenas. Work with expert consultants and witnesses. Assist multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation. College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is required. Should have 3+ years of paralegal experience.
