A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice in Charlotte, NC. This remote position requires a candidate residing in North Carolina, with a focus on client contact and managing a substantial workload.

Duties

• Assist with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments.
• Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Maintain high-quality work-product to help clients achieve their goals.
• Ensure firm policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to resolve files effectively.
• Develop and grow client relations.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of law and experience in creditors' rights legal representation.
• Working knowledge of civil procedure rules applicable to foreclosure matters.
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes.
• North Carolina Bar membership for at least 5 years.
• 5 years' experience in Creditors' Rights.
• High degree of professionalism and creative problem-solving skills.
• Client development, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the North Carolina Bar.
