Duties

• Handle all aspects of workers' compensation litigation from inception to resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Maintain client communication and provide strategic legal counsel

• Collaborate with legal team and support staff for efficient case progression

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Proven ability to manage caseload independently

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
